I may move back to Portland just to be close to Chang's. The picture doesn't look like you used the 2 bowl technique. Capt. Ron can get more in 1 bowl than I can in 3. Quite impressive. I think he is in the process of writing a "How To" book.
Believe it or not, this was a 2-bowler, although I didn't really cram it down too much. One of the bowls was just meat, even. I doused it with hot oil and garlic . . . then I squirted some of their unlabeled house teriyaki sauce on there and I was off to flavor heaven!
Maybe you could do a pedo office/Chang's combo?
I was going to, but Chang sold to someone else.
I didn't think things like that happen west of the Cascades.
